Navigating Within a world of many Clouds – Cisco Keynote at Cloud Slam 2012
With the emergence of cloud as a mainstream phenomenon, organizations have an opportunity to transform their existing solutions and expand their service offerings to excel in a world of many clouds. This session will explore Cisco CloudVerse and how unifying the data center, leveraging the intelligence in the network, and incorporating cloud-ready solutions can improve service providers’ customer satisfaction, give them an advantage in delivery speed and options, and lower their TCO.
About Keynote Speaker:
Pat Adamiak currently serves as Senior Director of Cloud Solutions Marketing at Cisco Systems. In this role, he has global responsibility for marketing Cisco’s overall cloud solution portfolio, with a particular focus on telecommunications, cable, and media service providers. Pat played a core leadership role in the development and launch of Cisco’s overall CloudVerse strategic framework and offerings and is a frequent spokesperson on cloud.
Prior to joining Cisco in 2009, Adamiak held a variety of executive roles with Hewlett Packard in data center marketing and business strategy. Adamiak most recently led the portfolio management and marketing teams for HP’s IT outsourcing business. Prior to that, he led the global business strategy team for HP’s enterprise and service provider business group.
