Lessons from SaaS and PaaS Cloud Pioneers: 3 Case Studies

Based on the very positive feedback from past UP and CloudSlam events, this session will share 3 case studies of the cloud at work, spanning SaaS to PaaS. It is one thing to talk about the cloud, but another to have actually implemented a cloud solution “into production, at scale.” Join us for a thought provoking discussion about how “cloud” addressed 3 very different business needs, including lessons and insights.

  • SaaS: Patagonia
  • PaaS / Mobile: American Airlines
  • PaaS / Web: Travelocity

We will discuss the: business need; underlying constraints; solution; and lessons.
